Dr. Sharilyn Franklin serves as Executive-In-Residence at Webster’s School of Business & Technology, where she aligns curricula with global industry needs and oversees the Management & Leadership program—comprising over 300 students and 150 faculty worldwide. Certified in Coaching, Teams, HR, and Diversity & Inclusion, she is an internationally acclaimed professor and board-certified coach who inspires diverse learners globally while advancing leadership, organizational development, and human capital excellence.
